GENERAL AGREEMENT

• I am at least 21 years of age.
• All of the information I will give on the application is true and correct
• The dog I adopt will reside in my home as a pet.
• I will provide the dog with adequate food, water, shelter, training, affection, and complete medical care.
• I understand that this organization attempts to give the best possible information about a dog.  However, the organization is not responsible for the accuracy of information, as animals can have unexpected behaviors, that are not predicable.
• The organization cannot be responsible for the temperament, habits or physical condition of the dogs when adopted and placed in a home.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to see and evaluate the dog for myself before agreeing to adopt.
• I will not relinquish ownership, abandon or dispose of the dog in any way.
• If I cannot keep the dog, I will contact a representative from ARF.
• This organization or the foster parent(s) are not liable, or responsible for any damage, accident or injury resulting from the placement of a dog in my household.
• I am in full agreement with these terms of adoption
